About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC UK & Ireland. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and the operations team to share best practices and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with company initiatives and policies, and ensure that all restaurant staff are aware of and adhere to them.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
