Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a large team, ensuring efficiency and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service through effective training and coaching of team members.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with restaurant operations, including inventory management and customer service.
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced restaurant or similar establishment.
- Experience in inventory management, financial planning, and customer service.
- Skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
