About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Trading Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Digital Trading Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and optimizing online performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Team to develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging data analysis and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on digital trade performance, identifying key areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product optimization and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Ability to plan and organize own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
