Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced social care professional to lead our supported living and adult short breaks services in Melton Mowbray. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and/or Autism.

Key Responsibilities
