We are looking for an enthusiastic Supported Living Manager to oversee our established services for individuals with learning disabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: As the Supported Living Manager, you will guide a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding care and support in a well-established residential environment.

Promoting Independence: Support individuals in realizing their potential by safeguarding their tenancy rights and encouraging their involvement in decision-making processes.


Health and Safety Oversight: Ensure a secure and supportive atmosphere by monitoring health standards and advocating for well-being.


Team Development: Build a high-performing team that embodies our core values, fosters equity, and embraces diversity.

Effective Communication: Enhance communication skills and maintain or develop the abilities of individuals in our care.


Safeguarding Practices: Remain vigilant, report any concerns immediately, and prioritize the safety of those we serve.

Individualized Planning: Create and execute personalized plans that align with aspirations and promote skill enhancement.

Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities in roles such as deputy manager, team leader, or experienced care manager.
- Familiarity with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
- Proficient IT skills and experience in maintaining accurate records are essential for success in this position.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an equivalent qualification) is required, or the ability to obtain this within 18 months of appointment.
