Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and activities
  • Completing necessary documentation
  • Performing household tasks
  • Administering medication
  • Leading, training, and developing both new and existing support staff within your team
  • Assisting the deputy manager in maintaining a skilled and knowledgeable team

About You:

  • Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those we support
  • Demonstrated patience, resilience, and calmness in challenging situations
