About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Little Acre, a five-bed registered accommodation supporting individuals with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chaperone individuals to appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to household tasks, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medication and provide personal care as needed.
  • Lead, train, and develop new and existing support workers within the team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent.
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
