Position Overview:

Little Acre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Residential Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to young individuals aged 6 to 19 years, fostering their personal growth and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in attending appointments and engaging in activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Assist with household tasks to ensure a nurturing environment.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop both new and existing team members.
  • Collaborate with the deputy manager to uphold a skilled and knowledgeable team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent NVQ.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young individuals.
  • Demonstrated patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
