Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aiding with household tasks and daily living activities
  • Supporting individuals with budgeting and financial management
  • Assisting with community access and social interactions
  • Providing personal care and medication assistance
  • Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to reach their full potential

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working with adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full training will be provided
