Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other domestic tasks.
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including getting them ready for the day, helping them with their medication, and accompanying them on outings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Have a genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Have a good level of spoken English and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Have access to a vehicle and be able to drive safely.
  • Be motivated to enrich people's lives and provide high-quality care and support.
  • Be able to commit to some weekend working, usually one in two, to ensure a good work-life balance.
