About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Belvoir Home Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other domestic tasks.
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Engage with clients in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must have a genuine desire to help people and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Must have a good level of spoken English and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and be able to drive safely.
  • Should be motivated to enrich people's lives and promote independence and dignity.
  • Must be able to commit to some weekend working, usually one in two, to ensure continuity of care.
