We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd.

Job Summary

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our service users with daily tasks, promote their independence, and encourage them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
  • Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
  • Supporting with personal care.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence.
