The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. You will provide one-to-one support, assist with daily tasks, and encourage independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
  • Supporting individuals to access the community, including social activities and appointments.
  • Supporting with personal care.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence.
