Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Onboarding
    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of merchants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Recruit new merchants and set up new accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • System Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to upgrade systems and resolve issues related to system failure, communication breakdowns, and technical issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare regular reports and documentation for the Acquiring Team, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to the Bank's clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and resolving issues related to merchant terminals, payments, and transactions.
  • Marketing and Training
    • Plan and implement marketing activities and events to promote the Bank's services and products.
    • Provide relevant training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilise the Bank's services effectively.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Liaise with merchants to ensure services standards are met at all times, conducting regular quality checks and audits.
  • Policy and Procedure
    • Prepare and review policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank's standards.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct market research and analysis regularly to monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing.
  • Experience
    • Experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Good IT knowledge and understanding.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language
    • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, but not required.
