About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Hospitaliti, a dynamic startup revolutionizing the global hospitality industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building a sales engine that delivers exceptional results and a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Own the sales cycle end-to-end for the Hospitaliti SaaS tool, driving business growth through cold outreach, prospecting, and industry events.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Success
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.
  • Community Building
    • Develop and execute community-building initiatives to grow Hospitaliti's presence and reputation within the hospitality industry, including organizing events and activities that promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Start-up Mindset
    • Embody the Hospitaliti startup culture, demonstrating a willingness to adapt, innovate, and take calculated risks to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality industry or SaaS.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong organizational ability and ability to manage stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • English is required.
  • Natural leader with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
