Position Overview

The Analyst in Operational Management will be integral to the success of our investment initiatives, collaborating closely with the Head of Investment Services and Senior Manager. This role is pivotal in managing both pre and post-contract processes associated with various funding programs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst in Operational Management, your primary duties will include:

  1. Processing daily loan and grant disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Managing security release documentation from legal representatives.
  3. Establishing and maintaining project records within our systems.
  4. Facilitating the necessary financial approvals for projects.

You will work collaboratively with our Investments team to ensure that project managers have access to up-to-date systems and data, fostering strong professional relationships.

Role Expectations

In this dynamic role, you will be expected to:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders within the Investments directorate.
  2. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  3. Assist project managers in navigating complex challenges.
  4. Utilize specialized systems for processing payments and managing land security releases.

As a resilient professional, you will effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders, understanding the commercial and operational implications of your work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Experience in conducting monthly data integrity checks to ensure accurate system information.
  2. Proficiency in administering project management systems, including record creation and updates.
  3. Strong organizational skills to support daily administrative functions that enhance fund delivery.
  4. Ability to assist senior managers in preparing analytical and presentation materials.
  5. Competence in addressing inquiries related to funding via various communication channels.
  6. Collaboration skills to work with colleagues in improving business processes and data quality.
  7. Flexibility to provide ad hoc support to the Investments Delivery teams.
