Position Overview
The Analyst for Operational Management will collaborate closely with the Head of Investment Services and the Senior Manager of Investment Services to facilitate essential pre and post-contract functions associated with various funding initiatives.
In this role, you will manage daily processing of loan and grant disbursements, handle security release documentation, establish project records within our systems, and initiate the necessary financial approvals.
Building strong relationships with our Investments team is crucial as you assist project managers in maintaining accurate systems and data.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence operational practices within a rapidly expanding national organization dedicated to social impact. You will engage with key stakeholders across the agency, ensuring a user-focused and operationally driven methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders within the Investments directorate. You will adeptly manage multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
Support for project managers with intricate challenges will be a key aspect of your role. Proficiency in specialized systems, processing loan drawdowns, and managing complex security releases at the Land Registry will be essential.
While our mission is ambitious, your resilience and ability to navigate stakeholder interactions—both internal and external—will be vital. Your discussions will reflect a solid understanding of the commercial and operational implications of our service team’s contributions.
With relevant experience, you will thrive in a collaborative team environment, making significant contributions to the overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Conduct monthly data integrity assessments to ensure system accuracy.
- Administer key project management systems, including record creation and updates reflecting decision outcomes.
- Perform daily administrative tasks that support efficient fund delivery.
- Assist senior managers in the analysis and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle inquiries related to fund activities.
- Support the collection and dissemination of information regarding fund operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance business processes and data quality.
- Provide additional support to the Investments Delivery teams as needed.
