E-Commerce Account Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce professional to enhance our expanding E-Commerce operations and strengthen our collaborations with Amazon. If you have a passion for advancing our E-Commerce initiatives in the EMEA region, fostering client relationships, discovering new business prospects, and contributing to sales and revenue enhancement, this role is an excellent fit.
This individual must be a strategic planner who exhibits a strong sense of ownership, leadership capabilities, and a robust work ethic, with a demonstrated history of achievements. This position will collaborate closely with the senior EMEA team to design, develop, and oversee our growing E-Commerce services. Key responsibilities encompass attracting and retaining clients, serving as a strategic subject matter expert on Amazon and other E-Commerce platforms, and ensuring that the service delivery team manages client interactions with exceptional quality. You will engage with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance current client relationships for our Amazon and E-Commerce clientele in the EMEA region.
- Assist in the development and expansion of future E-Commerce business initiatives.
- Support the optimization of existing systems and processes to maximize monetization opportunities within our Amazon and E-Commerce services.
- Contribute to the formation of our Amazon account teams, allocating resources as necessary to ensure optimal revenue generation.
- Drive performance across all digital brands and geographical markets.
- Evaluate and analyze our current Amazon strategy to determine actionable steps for improved performance.
- Examine the complete customer journey to identify client opportunities.
- Lead by example, sharing your expertise and E-Commerce knowledge with the broader team.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure we are well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders while collaborating closely with both established and emerging brands to foster an E-Commerce mindset.
About You
- At least 6+ years of experience in paid media, retail, consulting, or analytics, with a recent focus on E-Commerce, particularly in marketplaces and e-retail, emphasizing Amazon.
- A solid understanding of Amazon Advertising media platforms, including Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
- A comprehensive grasp of sales and marketing operations to identify how we can deliver operational excellence and exceed client expectations.
- Experience with other E-Commerce platforms, such as Criteo, is highly advantageous.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills that engage and inform.
- Extensive digital expertise across brand and performance metrics.
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital and data, staying informed on the latest industry trends and developments.
- Experience in managing a team with multiple layers of management.
