Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance client engagements for our E-Commerce clients across the EMEA region.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of our future E-Commerce initiatives.
  • Assist in optimizing our current systems and processes to maximize revenue opportunities from our E-Commerce services.
  • Support the formation of our account management teams, allocating resources effectively to capitalize on revenue potential.
  • Drive performance metrics across all digital brands and regional markets.
  • Evaluate and refine our existing E-Commerce strategies to enhance performance outcomes.
  • Analyze the entire customer journey to identify new client opportunities.
  • Lead by example, sharing your E-Commerce insights and expertise with the broader team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to ensure we are positioned to seize opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborate with emerging brands to foster an E-Commerce mindset.

About You

  • At least 6 years of experience in paid media, retail, consulting, or analytics, with a recent focus on E-Commerce, especially in online marketplaces.
  • In-depth knowledge of online advertising platforms, particularly those related to Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Experience with other E-Commerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive digital marketing expertise across brand and performance metrics.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a keen awareness of industry developments.
  • Experience in managing teams across various levels of management.
