E-commerce Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Senior Executive to join our team at SARAH CHAPMAN LIMITED. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- E-commerce Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, including conversion rate optimization, average transaction value, and website traffic.
- eCRM and Loyalty: Develop and execute an eCRM and loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular sales and performance reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and actions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the e-commerce team, including the e-commerce coordinator.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering success on Shopify Plus.
- Skills: Strong CRM experience, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and project management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

This is a hybrid role, with 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office, located on The Kings Road Chelsea, London SW3.
