At BY TERRY, we believe in the power of beauty to transform lives. As our E-commerce and Online Marketplace Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital commerce strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and annual stock levels for both our websites and Amazon channel
  • Analyze sell-through data for SKUs and categories to inform inventory decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and effective management of processes
  • Work with the creative and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns and optimize stock on our website
  • Support the Head of eCom in managing sales targets and forecasting daily traffic and sales plans
  • Plan and manage monthly promotions, sales, and GWP's in line with business objectives
  • Ensure our websites and channels are up-to-date with correct offers, gift offers, updated banners, new products, and regularly updated category pages
Trade and Reporting:
  • Provide daily sales and traffic reports to the team
  • Deliver weekly eCom trade reports and decks
  • Review and manage onsite conversion tactics, discounting, bundles, samples, discovery programs, sales, and promotion analysis
  • Offer insights and recommendations to improve and grow our e-commerce business
  • Own all customer service channels and respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create processes to optimize workload and customer experience
  • Partner with brand and customer service teams to brief and build engaging product pages
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Interest in the beauty industry
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary: £30K
