Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-commerce Account Manager to join our growing UK team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of clients in EMEA and US, ensuring their success with our e-commerce analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Training

Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our platform with our clients' systems.

Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to our clients to enhance their customer experience.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution

Handle and resolve customer requests, problems, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing relationships with our clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for growth.

Business Development

Network with clients to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Churn Prevention

Develop and implement strategies to minimize customer churn, ensuring long-term relationships with our clients.

Event Participation

Participate in industry events and forums to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in account management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Dutch or other European language skills are a plus, but not required.
