Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Account Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of clients in EMEA and US, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients get the most out of our e-commerce analytics platform.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to clients to enhance their customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and execute plans to minimize customer churn and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Event Participation: Represent NielsenIQ at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
