About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Strategy Lead to join our team at Tom & Co. as a Senior Account Strategist. As a key member of our agency, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored e-commerce strategies that align with their goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our project managers, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell e-commerce services to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • E-Commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce strategy development, implementation, and optimization.
