Public Affairs and E-Commerce Policy Lead

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a global presence in Los Angeles and Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Government Relations team as a Public Affairs and E-Commerce Policy Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on complex regulatory landscapes and navigate policy trends at European and market level.
  • Drive internal alignment and strategies around risks and opportunities for TikTok's e-commerce operations.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies on a European level as well as in individual markets.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in public policy, with a strong understanding of government relations and public policy strategies.
  • High level of expertise in legislative, public policy, and regulatory issues affecting e-commerce.
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex policy issues into simple explanations.
