We are seeking a skilled Order to Contract Specialist to join our team at IQ Talent Solutions. As an Order to Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by accurately processing orders and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter orders into our Oracle/Siebel system with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is correct and compliant with our policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Review and verify contract information, including billing accounts, prices, services accounts, credit approval, assets, and duration, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Order Processing: Accurately and timely enter all order types into Siebel, resulting in correct delivery and invoicing to our customers.
  • Monitoring and Follow-up: Continuously monitor submitted orders to ensure they have progressed through to PSC.
  • Customer Service: Manage incoming queries from Sales, PSC, and customers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Service Account Management: Create and manage service accounts as required.
  • Contract Termination: Terminate existing lease contracts as necessary.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in data entry and/or reporting.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, preferably Oracle and Siebel.
  • Internal and external customer service experience.
  • Effective and confident communication skills.
  • Good Excel skills.
