Order to Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Order to Contract Specialist to join our team at IQ Talent Solutions. As an Order to Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by accurately processing orders and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter orders into our Oracle/Siebel system with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is correct and compliant with our policies and procedures.
- Contract Management: Review and verify contract information, including billing accounts, prices, services accounts, credit approval, assets, and duration, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Order Processing: Accurately and timely enter all order types into Siebel, resulting in correct delivery and invoicing to our customers.
- Monitoring and Follow-up: Continuously monitor submitted orders to ensure they have progressed through to PSC.
- Customer Service: Manage incoming queries from Sales, PSC, and customers, providing timely and effective support.
- Service Account Management: Create and manage service accounts as required.
- Contract Termination: Terminate existing lease contracts as necessary.
- Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in data entry and/or reporting.
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, preferably Oracle and Siebel.
- Internal and external customer service experience.
- Effective and confident communication skills.
- Good Excel skills.
