The Role: Contract Management Specialist - Robotics

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution and management of maintenance contracts with our valued clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

  • Contract Administration:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance agreements with clients.
    • Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
    • Generate reports on contract status, KPIs, and invoicing.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related matters.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
    • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with external maintenance providers.
    • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the contract management function.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for contract administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Engineer or Business Manager within a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical maintenance data.
  • General understanding of electronics, mechanics, and automation principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
