  • Collaborate with our CEO to set departmental goals and objectives
  • Manage our award-winning CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or queries
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Administrators
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in people management and business development
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in the PropTech industry is an asset
