Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our team and play a key role in building and leading our conveyancing team at one of our locations in the South East. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, professional advice on conveyancing matters.
- Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork using our case management systems.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the property transaction.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case progress using our case management system.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years PQE
- Previous experience of handling caseload and working with regulated and non-regulated colleagues
- Experience of handling freehold and leasehold transactions and remortgage
