About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Bromley FWC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all areas are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Oversee the management of our team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our quality standards are consistently met.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our club.
  • Ensure the health and safety of our members and staff, identifying and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth.
