We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our hotel team at Premier Inn in Bromley. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve guest satisfaction
