Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Premier Inn in Bromley. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, and by identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience of leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Revenue: Experience of driving sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
