Hotel Guest Services Coordinator

Roseate House London
is a distinguished 5-star luxury hotel featuring 47 elegantly designed
rooms and suites. Nestled in a prime location, it offers a unique experience for guests seeking comfort and sophistication. We are currently in search of a Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team.

The ideal candidate
should be a responsible individual with a strong customer service orientation and the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guest
    accounts are accurately established with a valid payment method, ensuring sufficient advance authorization for all credit cards.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing all customer inquiries and concerns to guarantee their satisfaction and uphold a high standard of service.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Front
    Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Provide a thorough handover
    to colleagues at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain knowledge of the computerized
    PMS system and ensure it is consistently updated.
  • Address guest complaints with care and courtesy, providing Front Office Management with adequate supporting information.
  • Adhere to 5-star standards
    at all times, maximizing revenue through upselling rooms and cross-selling food and beverage services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Front Office roles
    within a 5-star environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Opera PMS system.
  • Outstanding customer service
    skills.
  • Exhibit attentiveness, a polished appearance, initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for
    confidentiality and discretion, a positive demeanor, and reliability.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm in delivering
    service excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of
    English, both spoken and written.
  • Display a courteous and
    professional demeanor towards both internal and external guests.
  • Full Time - 45 hours per week.
