POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Industrial Sales Manager to take on a pivotal role within the organization. This position is focused on achieving established sales growth objectives within designated industrial lubricant markets. Success in this role will be primarily assessed based on the ability to identify, cultivate, and secure profitable new sales, alongside maintaining existing client relationships.
- Enhancing market presence and sales by fostering and sustaining robust relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Conducting thorough reviews and analyses to uncover new business opportunities, followed by strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrating project management skills in business opportunities, including the ability to craft, present, and deliver compelling sales proposals.
- Maintaining an extensive level of technical expertise regarding key products and processes.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in selling to the industrial manufacturing sector, with a comprehensive understanding of diverse markets and applications.
- Ideal candidates will exhibit self-motivation, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service as part of a collaborative team.
- Possessing market insight and connections, along with awareness of competitive dynamics.
- Demonstrating a proven track record of achieving profitable sales growth through the sale of high-quality technical solutions, ideally with a background in lubricants.
The role requires exemplary organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and numeracy is essential, with the ability to develop sales proposals and deliver professional presentations to clients.
- Exceptional communication skills are necessary to establish and nurture relationships across various levels, from operational staff to executive management, encompassing technical, purchasing, and production functions.
