Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Reed. As an ambassador for our company, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including donations and trading orders, in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless processing of customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote customer engagement and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
