About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the administration of our Premier League Medical Care Scheme and the 'FA' non-league Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Premier League Medical Care Scheme and the 'FA' non-league Accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage cheque runs for both schemes and address any related queries or discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide analysis on schemes as requested, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Perform accurate data input for invoice processing and membership data, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries, including provider errors and bank checks, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc scheme and club analysis, reporting on trends and providing valuable insights.
  • Assist with financial analysis, including reconciliation against bank transactions, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide cover for other employees and assist with directing incoming post, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Team working ability and a complete understanding of scheme rules and benefits, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and application of pricing agreements at Health Partners and local club levels, with the ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues.
  • Empathy with members' treatment requirements and the ability to adjudicate claims sensitively, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with contentious issues with high-profile individuals, with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Proficiency in data input and financial analysis, with experience in SQL and documentation of calls.
