Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of business submissions in a timely manner; accurately record new business details utilizing various platforms. Ensure submissions are sent to providers, address inquiries from both internal and external parties, verify the completeness of submissions, and oversee cases that are not advancing.
- Provide assistance with account-related inquiries, monitor business continuity, manage shared email accounts and provider notifications, respond to telephone inquiries, support daily departmental operations, and facilitate the management of deceased client matters.
- Guarantee adherence to compliance protocols, handle requests for client information, oversee the monitoring of financial planning tools, issue confirmation correspondence, supply necessary documentation to providers, and conduct file maintenance.
