Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in Cheam. As a key member of our Financial Planning practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process business submissions within our service level agreement (SLA) and record all new business where necessary.
  • Assist with outstanding enquiries from Accounts related to new business, clawbacks, and commission enquiries.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and ensure any correspondence has been acknowledged and responded to within the agreed SLA.
  • Support with mandatory daily tasks for the department during staff absences.
  • Provide oversight and support to the Administrator.
  • Manage deceased client processes, including communication with clients, executors, or third parties.
  • Responsible for compliance file processes, including scanning documentation and referring to the Compliance team.
  • Provide client information when requested, including payslips, P60s, valuations, and policy details.
  • Monitor and check Dynamic Planner and send out 'Attitude to Risk' hyperlinks.
  • Issue confirmation letters to clients no longer under our management.
  • Cleanse hard copy files on an annual basis.
