Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in Cheam. As a key member of our Financial Planning practice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process business submissions and record new business in our systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage internal and external enquiries related to new business, liaising with providers and clients as necessary.
  • Assist with outstanding enquiries from Accounts, including clawbacks and commission enquiries.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to correspondence in a timely manner, in accordance with our department SLA.
  • Support with daily tasks and provide oversight to the Administrator during staff absences.
  • Provide client information and documentation as requested, including payslips, P60s, and policy details.
  • Responsible for monitoring and checking Dynamic Planner and sending out 'Attitude to Risk' hyperlinks.
  • Issue confirmation letters to clients who are no longer under our management, following servicing updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an IFA practice or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
