About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our customers, handling inbound enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Administration: Assist our Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) with sales admin support, including pricing, chasing, and winning orders.
  • Order Management: Collaborate with our distribution and shipping team to manage customer orders and provide support over the phone.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports to the Commercial Manager, highlighting key sales data and trends.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and upsell to existing customers.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, working closely with production and territory sales managers.
  • Market Research: Proactively identify new customers, track declining ones, and uncover exciting new site opportunities.

  • Customer Focus: Maintain good customer relations and actively build new ones.
  • Desire to Succeed: Demonstrate a desire to succeed and build on customer base, upselling a range of products to ensure that Breedon succeeds and is the solution of choice for appropriate building projects.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure sales data produced is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Effective Time Management: Adhere to administrative policies and procedures, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
