As a Sales Account Executive in our Mortar division, you will showcase your expertise in proactive lead generation and outbound sales calls, backed by a solid history of achieving sales targets. Your focus on Customer Service will be paramount, as you address client needs, drive enhancements, and apply analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. You will be expected to meet sales objectives while managing client relationships effectively. A positive mindset, customer-centric approach, and a strong drive for success are essential. Excellent communication skills, along with a proactive and numerate attitude, will be key to your success in this role. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

A valid full driving license is necessary, as site and client visits may be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Internal Sales Team Leader, the Sales Account Executive will be tasked with managing existing accounts and securing new orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Addressing all customer inquiries promptly
  • Entering quotes and notes into our internal SAP system
  • Utilizing specialized lead generation tools
  • Monitoring market competition by collecting current data on pricing, locations, and products
  • Engaging fully in a coaching process aimed at enhancing the performance of the entire sales team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative.
  • A valid full driving license is required, as site and client visits may be requested.
