Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our Mortar department in Buxton, Derbyshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, establishing new relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Input quotations and notes into our in-house SAP system
- Utilize bespoke lead generation systems to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competition and gather market intelligence on pricing, locations, and products
- Participate in coaching and development programs to support the growth and performance of the commercial team
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and on own initiative
- Current full driving license
