About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound enquiries and responding to customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing and confirmation.
  • Collaborate closely with our distribution and shipping team to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and queries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting key sales data and trends.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
