About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing sales support, and driving the success of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with the distribution and shipping team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Process and confirm order acknowledgments, and manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the Commercial Manager, highlighting key sales data and trends.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Work closely with the production and territory sales managers to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
