About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound enquiries and responding to customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing and confirmation.
  • Collaborate with our distribution and shipping team to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Produce detailed weekly reports, highlighting key sales data and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our commercial manager to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in sales administration, including order processing and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete products, with a passion for sales and customer service.
