Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AV Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing UK-based and international customers, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage existing accounts, discuss new materials and technologies with customers, and set pricing.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. International Travel: Travel internationally up to approximately 12 weeks per year to maintain and develop sales.
  5. Organizational Skills: Organize travel, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Engineering Background: Any engineering or material science background understanding related to heat, including refractories, glass manufacturing, ceramics, hydrogen production, petrochemicals, etc.
  2. International Travel: Comfortable with international travel and able to adapt to different cultures and time zones.
