A leading insurance broker is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a range of B2B campaigns and support various business areas, driving measurable results.

B2B insurance expertise is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to design and execute B2B marketing campaigns, focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of multiple marketing campaigns to meet commercial objectives, covering a broad range of topics and strategies.
  • Apply creative and strategic marketing expertise to drive the best outcomes for customers, the business, and the team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the commercial marketing strategy.
  • Design and execute targeted, integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns for commercial products.
  • Establish and track key metrics and performance for all content and marketing campaigns, aiming to enhance engagement and sales.
  • Manage and create various content types, including social content, video, newsletters, and articles, with commercial awareness of sensitive industry issues.
  • Build targeted marketing lists to ensure key audiences are reached.
  • Advocate for data accuracy in the CRM to support marketing needs.
  • Manage agency partners.
  • 1 direct report.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering and managing B2B multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns.
  • B2B insurance expertise is essential.
  • Engaging copywriting with high-level proofreading skills.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to demonstrate ROI.
  • Marketing executive-level professionals could be a good fit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish effective relationships quickly, and confidence to liaise with senior colleagues.
  • Confident in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload, a truly motivated, ambitious professional with initiative and dedication.

Salary: £60-70,000 + bonus + benefits
