About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement trauma-informed care approaches.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and education programs for staff and service users.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of psychologically informed services.
Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or equivalence. You will have a strong understanding of lifespan developmental psychology, models of psychopathology, psychometrics, and neuropsychology. You will also have experience in providing teaching, training, and/or professional and clinical supervision.
