About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Clinical Psychologist Trainee to join our team at the NHS. As a Clinical Psychologist Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults with complex mental health needs.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological theories and interventions, including CBT and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
