Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults with complex mental health needs.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories and interventions, including CBT and other evidence-based approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
