Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled full-time Lead Executive Assistant to deliver extensive personal assistant support to Professor Alison Noble CBE FRS FREng, alongside administrative coordination for the Research Team comprising five academic professionals within the Biomedical Image Analysis sector at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering (IBME).

As a prominent figure, Professor Noble also holds the position of Vice President and Foreign Secretary of the Royal Society, necessitating a high standard of executive support to facilitate seamless interactions across both roles.

Your responsibilities will encompass intricate calendar management, comprehensive travel planning, and the daily organization of Professor Noble's professional commitments, collaborating closely with departmental colleagues and the Royal Society's Executive Assistant.

Role Responsibilities In this vibrant and innovative research setting, you will play a key role in managing the academic research, leadership, and administrative duties of the Professor of Biomedical Engineering.

Your efforts will ensure the efficient daily administration of business activities and all facets of meeting and calendar support, working in partnership with colleagues within the IBME, the Department, various colleges, and external stakeholders to guarantee effective coordination on pertinent matters.

Additionally, you will independently coordinate events, including national workshops that involve external participants.
